Height of the ceiling structure in the raw state h = 195-330 mm. JS panels are both formwork and filling of the ceiling, which makes it easier and reduces the time of its execution. It should also be noted that the lightness of this formwork facilitates its installation in the building, and the ceiling itself has a relatively low dead weight and very good rigidity typical of monolithic structures. PLACEMENT OF SHUTTERING BOARDS\n <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7248f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b7248f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The slabs can be delivered in 13m sections and, depending on the need, can be cut to any size or can be delivered according to the dimensions according to the project and order. Due to the low weight, the boards can be lifted to any level of the ceiling without using additional equipment. Formwork boards should be laid on fixed supports (walls) or alternatively on mounting supports. When the boards are laid on fixed supports, the depth of support must not be less than 50mm. Fixed supports (walls) should be leveled and levelled with a layer of cement mortar before placing formwork. The side lower elements of the panels with a height of 55mm and a thickness of 40mm, which serve as ceiling rib covers, should be cut to the depth of support of the panel on the fixed support \/ 50mm*50mm \/ Fig. 1. MOUNTING SUPPORTS<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e23087c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e23087c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Before placing the formwork panels and supporting them on the walls, mounting supports should be installed and leveled perpendicular to the placement of the panels at a spacing of no more than 2.0m FIG. The mounting support should be made along the entire length of the formwork panels and the width of the mounting support should not be less than 100mm. REINFORCEMENT OF THE POLYSTYRENE CEILING<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c96efa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9c96efa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>On the shuttering boards laid as described above, before starting to arm the ceiling, it is necessary to lay 2-3 boards in order to move on them, thus avoiding possible damage to the boards. Then we begin to arm the ceiling by laying the rim Fig 2\/ Fig 3.<br \/><br \/><br \/>After placing the rim reinforcement, we place the rib reinforcement, connecting it to the rim reinforcement Figure 4.<br \/><br \/><br \/>The selection of reinforcement of the rim , ceiling ribs and other elements should be made in accordance with individual design documentation. Assuming that the beams of the main reinforcement will be made on site , it is allowed to use different types of stirrups depending on the need and purpose of the ceiling. The arrangement of the beams between the slabs is shown in Figure Fig. 5.The main reinforcement of the ceiling should be made of steel class A-III, mark 34GS according to the PN-82\/H-93215 standard or steel class A-III N, mark St3S-b-500 or StSY-b-500, corresponding to the requirements of the ITB certificate No. AT-15-23005\/96 or the ITB Technical Approval No. AT -15-2498\/97.The stirrups should be made of steel class A-0, mark St0S-b<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e07433 e-flex
